The planning process

The report is the best place to review the evidence for the project. But the evidence submitted to the public inquiry is included so that you can see what they were asked to consider. This is referred to as 'proof of evidence' and forms a part of the quasi-legal process of the inquiry

There was an essay appended to the report which covers the planning process as it worked with Fulford.

It's a joke!

A couple of stories about the planning process have been included which go to the heart of whether one can expect justice from the planning system.

A tongue-in-cheek set of guidelines, taken from the final report, has been added to indicate what you might encounter.
